ETA

Along with the technical development of ETA products, the appearance of the product portfolio was redesigned. The traditional ETA brand was unified with a modern design. ETA also published a new company video.  Moreover, the ETA main building, including the training centre and the administrative area, was renovated to optimise architecture and functionality. 

The ETA PE-K pellet boiler is now available in a capacity range of 110-220 kW. In order to achieve this, the combustion technology was adjusted to the requirements of pellets. A fuel container with a maintenance-free industrial vacuum motor has been integrated into serial production. A portion of the flue gases are directed from the boiler outlet back into the combustion chamber. Due to the gas flow, the grate is better cooled, enabling to achieve stable temperatures.

The ETA HACK VR grate boiler 350 and 500 is equipped with the latest control technology, such as vacuum and lambda control, combustion chamber temperature monitoring, constant exhaust gas recirculation control and an integrated multi-cyclone dust collector. It is suitable for use in the industrial sector and in public buildings. The PelletsCompact series ETA PC has been extended to 40, 45 and 50 kW.

At the trade fair "Energiesparmesse" in Wels, ETA presented its new wood chip boiler ETA HACK 350 kW suitable for companies, industry and public buildings. The boiler is equipped with a modern control system (low pressure and lambda control), furnace temperature monitoring, permanently regulated exhaust gas recycling, efficient combustion technology, a reliable fuel supply and an integrated multi cyclone dust separator.

The company building of ETA Heiztechnik in Hofkirchen is being enlarged. By the end of 2012, the new facilities will be available:

• production hall for welding, varnishing, assembling (8,500 m²)
• loading area (700 m²)
• office and conference rooms (800 m²)
• a PV plant of 300 kWp (over 2,000 m²) & a carport with PV roof
• an employees' charging station for electric cars

ETA improved its combined pellet and logwood boiler. The new ETA TWIN comes with

• a large fuel chamber (for ½ m logs)
• a speed controlled draught fan
• a pellet burner with rotary grate
• lambda control and several other new features
