The new control unit has a touch display and can be used for applications in building and energy technologies as well as for the control of devices and machines. The control units produced by Hainzl can be custom adapted for customer’s specific application. Open design is possible through Linux-based Qt or CoDeSys V3.0 program. Common interfaces (USB, ethernet, RS485) enable the integration of the operating unit into higher-level systems.

Together with three other companies, Hainzl develops a new plastics casing for biomass boiler control units. Innovative plastics technology enables better operational guidance and new design options. In the last 15 years, Hainzl has developed and produced controls for biomass heating systems. In addition to the platine assembly and the application and system programming, also the hardware and software is developped in-house by Hainzl.

Hainzl manufactures high-quality control engineering systems for renewable heating applications, such as wood and pellet heating systems, thermal solar plants and heat pumps. Now, Hainzl also offers heating control devices for customers which enable controlling the direct heat circuits, room control, operation of complete heating systems and operational devices for living areas. Additionally, remote access solutions are available.
